- Field maintenance, handling all field maintenance in network, like corrective and preventive maintenance & also network changes that requires physical intervention
- Delivery of the contracted services in the designated geographical area for Transmission Network
- Meeting the contracted KPI’s in the designated geographical area for Transmission Network
- Customer Satisfaction in the designated area for Transmission Network
- Deliver Contracted KPI’s, ensure no service credits or penalty
- Responsible for all Change Request activities
- Employee performance and satisfaction of the assigned employees
- Ensure Zero or process deviations for Transmission Network
- 1st level of escalation for customer complaints and major network incidents
- Transmission related training sessions for field engineers
- To Manage and control operational resources and costs
Requirements
- Academic degree, minimum on bachelor level, in engineering (Telecommunication, IT).
- CCNA certificate requested, CCNP is an advantage.
- Knowledge and understanding about RAN.
- Knowledge and understanding of the nodes and NMS (EMS ZTE, SOM) in the network.
- Good understanding of GSM Technology, LTE.
- Good at English in 4 skills
- To be a team player with good interpersonal skills and ability to develop network within and outside the organization
- Basic Coaching and Change management skills
